Ramon is minding his own business taking care of his maintenance duties in Nikki's office when she storms in the room. We come to find out that her boyfriend dumped her and it's her birthday, etc. When her tirade winds down she decides that she shouldn't have to suffer on her birthday and offers Ramon a fat wad of cash to have sex with her. Ramon's English is not so great so Nikki is forced to resort to a more direct approach.
